Easy Agile Learning, founded by Mr. Ram, embarked on its journey with a single student named Chitra. Chitra, stationed in Australia for official duties, fervently sought an opportunity as a Scrum Master to return to India. Connecting with Mr. Ram via LinkedIn, Chitra found invaluable support. Through just 2-3 mentoring sessions, Mr. Ram equipped Chitra with the skills and insights needed to ace her interviews, which she attended virtually from Australia. With Mr. Ram's guidance, Chitra not only secured multiple offers but also kickstarted her career as a Scrum Master upon her return to India.

Chitra's success paved the way for four of her friends to seek Mr. Ram's assistance in pursuing Scrum Master roles, all of whom found placements within a month. Within a mere three months, Mr. Ram's mentorship had attracted over 50 students, with more than half securing placements.
